Returns & Exchanges
At BonLook, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for all eyewear purchased online or in-store. If your prescription isn't perfect or the style isn't quite right, we are here to make it right.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BonLook account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Print the label and securely pack your glasses in their original protective case and box.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our optical lab inspects the returned frames for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange pair within 7-10 business days.
